 Where do I enter promo codes?

 Promo codes can be entered at checkout.

May I cancel my order?

 If your item has not already been shipped, you are able to cancel your order. Please contact my customer service email: info@maximumtaste1.com with your order number, for assistance.

If your item has already been shipped, your order may not be canceled. Please refer to our refund policy for any further questions.

 

How long is order processing time?

 Processing time is 2-3 business days. Tracking information is sent via email once items have shipped.

How long is shipping?
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Orders are not shipped on the weekends. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update via the USPS website.

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:
US Orders:

1. USPS standard shipping  3-5 business days.
2. Priority 2-3 business days

3. USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most case

 

Is any of the jewelry on the website real?

 All jewelry items listed on the website are costume jewelry only. 

 

Why are some of the merchandise, no longer listed on your site?

Some items may no longer be listed for the following reasons: The item may be out of stock, delayed shipping of merchandise or discontinued. 

 

How often do you add new products to your website?

Within 3-4 weeks, I’ll try to add new merchandise to the site.
